Holford Watch: Patrick Holford, nutritionism and bad science

some excellent writing about allergy testing

April 16, 2007 · No Comments

I’ve written before about the problems with home food intolerance test kits. There’s a few excellent posts just gone up on the breathspakids blog that do a very effective job of critiquing the science behind the Yorktest allergy and intolerance tests: read them here, here and here. Shinga also does a commendable job in explaining the difference between VERY SMALL and FAR AWAY.

I should also say that things may be a little slow on Holford Watch for the next week or two: life’s keeping me busy (two job applications, a seminar to organise, lots of stuff to write…apparently I need to sleep a bit, too). Anyway, that’s enough whining from me for now…

What, are you still here, not followed the links above yet?
