All I know is that my Mom who has been taking Metformin for years just started taking this and her blood sugar is testing in the 80′s! For years her blood sugar has tested over 100 even with Metformin. Looks like you need to get over the “clinical” proof and just look at the real results!

Classic stuff from "dh59". In fact, one of the hallmarks of magic/imaginary (aka "alternative") medicine is that no bogus cure is ever discarded, no matter how many times it is debunked. Radionics,/a> is a famous example - proven to be a scam and a fraud as long ago as the 1920s, but still around (including on the internet) and still "practised" by many Alt..Reality therapists, notably a large subgroup of homeopaths. I fear that as long as it is all about the need to believe and people's suggestibility, there will be those who are bamboozled by the peddlers of "miracle remedies".

Sadly, the internet doesn’t work like that. There are lots of ‘cures’ around that are useless or harmful.

Me too!!!
It’s all well and good people saying this is not proven and Dr’s of ‘Everything’ masters of none stating “It does not work no scientific proof” – Just maybe their scientific searches are not in the right place.
It has been said all over the net regards how it HAS helped people.
And silly me!! listening to how it can harm stopped using it years ago through scientific clap trap and have suffered since!.
I am now back on it and feel AGAIN!!! well and able to get through the day with feeling shaky, blood sugar crashing etc etc.
Lets get something clear, if something does not work it doesn’t stay on the net for this many years – it fades away, like all one week wonders.
Chromium works on balancing blood sugar levels.

Hi I have severe hypoglycaemia, and so blood sugar never stays constant for long I have to eat regularly and I cannot eat any sugar at all, ( has been 17 yrs). It is difficult not to eat even some savoury food without sugar and i find I sometimes get terrible sympyons if I am not careful what I eat. Basically what I am saying is Chromium has DEFINATELY helped my blood sugar levels, I am so much better when I take it daily.

a recent study on Cinnamon & blood sugar, fat levels reported in Medline. Not recommended, it seems.

ah, I missed that the pills contained a concentrated version of cinnamon extract (not concentrated cinnamon). 6g/day probably would be too much to eat.

Maybe US use of cinnamon differs in different states? In the North-East I don't think I was ever served savoury food with cinnamon (and I don't think there was that much in the desserts, either).
