Kathleen Seidel Successful In Quashing Shoemaker Subpoena

Kathleen Seidel prevails. She has successfully quashed the absurd Shoemaker subpoena that triggered an outpouring of support for neurodiversity.com and its own I’m Kathleen movement.

Kathleen will post a pdf of the order to quash as soon as she can.

Update May 3: Clifford Shoemaker and the Sykes have decided to voluntarily dismiss their lawsuit against Bayer which makes it the more remarkable that Shoemaker attempted to involve Kathleen Seidel and Dr. Marie McCormick to the point of issuing subpoenas.
