It beggars belief that 'sorry', 'apology', 'regret' etc. do not appear in Dore's piece. British people are one thing - if Dore don't do something very quickly, from the fighting talk in the various fora and comments, it looks like people in the US might consider a class action.

If a company has entered into administration then the administrators must by law, “as soon as reasonably practicable”, post a notice detailing who they are into The Gazette and a local newspaper.
