He can be the rich boy making out that he shares everyone’s pain. She can be the mother figure who fought her way up from the streets.

Both of them can gush endless nonsense and make baseless allegations about people – like Jeni did with Yasmin and then cry victim and claim she is being bullied when people tell her it’s not on.

Maybe that’s what Jeni Barnett meant when she was talking about sheeple and herds. Growing up in harmony with rats and mice seems to have peppered her speech with references to animals as well as corroding the reasoning centres of her brain.

I’d bet good money that she thinks Zeitgeist Addendum is a deeply meaningful film with lessons for all of us – particularly those who are speaking as a mother.

That this Patrick Holford is trying to lecture others on integrity and moral behaviour.

He must be joking.

When is he going to offer himself up for canonisation? He must burn that he isn’t regarded in the same way as someone like Sir Richard Branson.

That must be his next move. Barring secular, spirituality and consciousness canonisation, Patrick Holford must be going for a knighthood for services to the public that coincidentally lined his pocket.

Until the ASA put a stop to Patrick Holford’s self-aggrandising flights of fancy about himself, he used to describe himself as “Britain’’s most informed, independent health expert”.

I’d hoped that you were exaggerating this but should have known better.

There are many comments here that Patrick Holford would benefit from reading. What a pity that they couldn’t be made on his own blog. What is he afraid of learning?

This stinks – how is this different to what that film depicts in the way of forces that hold all the cards?

afaik, none of the Scientific Advisory Board receives any payment beyond their expenses.

1 – The charity laws are ridiculous if they can’t spot something set up to puff people.

2 – Given they acknowledge that the research was no good why don’t they feel obliged to apologise to the people who funded it in good conscience but whose money they wasted!?!

3 – With their track record, why would anyone donate more money to this man and this excuse for a charity?
