Dr Andrew Wakefield has submitted a Press Complaints Commission complaints about Brian Deer. Wakefield is apprehensive that Deer’s allegations have damaged his credibility – hard to damage what was already fatally compromised by the Chadwick and Bustin revelations a the Autism Omnibus Proceedings in 2007. Will Patrick Holford Be Calling Upon His Mailing List to Sign the New Andrew Wakefield Petition? If So, We’ve Made Some Annotations

In June 2007 Patrick Holford contacted his mailing list to ask them to sign a petition in support of Andrew Wakefield. In February 2009, there is a new petition to support Wakefield. Holford has yet to redact his products and recommendations that rely upon Wakefield’s research so will he ask his followers to sign this new petition? Brian Deer has published some further information about Andrew Wakefield and his research in the Sunday Times. Deer describes some evidence that indicate that Wakefield is said to have “changed and misreported results in his research, creating the appearance of a possible link with autism”. Continue reading
